Dean brings over 15 years of experience leveraging consumer insights and analytics to deliver a results-oriented marketing mix that includes traditional media, digital advertising and direct marketing channels. His responsibilities include top-of-mind awareness and lead generation across numerous product and service lines in multiple markets. He enjoys volunteering throughout the Baltimore region with a passion for education-related initiatives.  Dean holds a B.S. in Business with a Marketing concentration from Towson University and an MBA in Marketing from Loyola University Maryland.  He lives in Ellicott City with his wife, Laura and two children.
