We don’t know how long we’ll be shutdown because of Covid-19, but we do know that Prom is NOT cancelled.
For our students, virtual prom is more than a dance. It's a platform to share their Covid-19 experience, re-envision a rite of passage, and imagine a better future. While they plan, they are also building a movement to focus on issues such as child abuse, mental health, and essential workers. They plan to continue this effort by uplifting organizations and causes they are passionate about in the coming months, through the Build Your Brand initiative this summer, and as they collaborate with new partners in the fall.
Join us for a virtual prom this Saturday, May 9, 7-11 PM. This is available for all Baltimore City Public School students that are current Juniors or Seniors. We can only host 800, so make sure you get your ticket fast! While prom tickets are reserved for high schoolers, everyone is invited to partake in the festivities by tuning in for the livestream on this webpage or on our Facebook.
