SENIOR CONTENT STRATEGIST AND UX WRITER, ROKU

Natasha brings over two decades of experience helping people and organizations tell their stories through engaging, user-friendly content for web, mobile, print, TV, video, radio, and more.

Currently, she’s a Senior Content Strategist and UX Writer at Roku. Previously, she was a Vice President at The Hatcher Group, a full-service, women-owned communications and marketing firm that works with nonprofits, foundations, government agencies, and other mission-driven organizations in Baltimore and nationally. Prior to that, she founded a small consulting agency that focused on user experience, design, website creation, and content development; led web and digital strategy for Towson University; and worked as a freelance writer, on-air reporter, and producer for WYPR, the Baltimore Sun, Baltimore Magazine, and others. She moved to Baltimore from New York City, where she worked at interactive agencies and as an editor at Fodor’s. But by far her favorite project has been raising her two daughters.

She has a BA in English from Amherst College, an MA in Comparative Literature from the University of Iowa, and studied film and video production in the MFA program at the Maryland Institute College of Art. A native of Washington, DC, she has lived in Baltimore for over two decades.
