Thomas is the Managing Director of Tuscany Strategy Consulting - a boutique firm that specializes in the education sector and supports growth in organizations throughout the U.S. At Tuscany, Thomas oversees the consulting team and client engagements, working directly with leaders of education institutions and supporting organizations ranging from early childhood care to higher education and workforce development. He has developed expertise in areas including in-depth qualitative and quantitative primary research into student, family, educator, and employer perspectives, market demand and growth opportunities for educational products and services, pricing and financial modeling, and brand positioning. Thomas moved to Baltimore from Australia in 2015 to pursue his master’s degree at Johns Hopkins University, and has extensive experience volunteering or working with youth-oriented organizations in both Australia and the United States.
